The Department of Claims carries out site surveys for the assessment of insured values and their locations as well as preventive/protective measures and loss minimization procedures within commonly accepted international practices for non-life insurance branches.

Another main task of the Department is to follow up loss adjustment and surveillance operations, obtaining information and documentation for non-life claims where our company is the intervening party involved.
