This notice has been prepared by Millî Reasürans T.A.Ş. (“Millî Re”), operating at Levent Mah. Meltem Sok. İş Kuleleri, Kule 3, Kat:20-21-22-24, 34330, Beşiktaş/İstanbul, in order to fulfil its obligation to inform data subjects, pursuant to Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), regarding the personal data processed through the cookies on our website.
The purpose of this Cookie Disclosure Notice is to inform you about which types of cookies we use and for which purposes, the legal grounds, and your rights, in relation to the processing of personal data obtained by automated means through the placement of the cookies used on our website onto your device.
What Are Cookies?

What Are the Types of Cookies?

The processing of personal data through these cookies is based on the processing condition set out in Article 5(2)(f) of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, namely “the processing of data being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.” These cookies are not transferred to third parties.
We may stop using the cookies we use on the site, change their types or functions, or add new cookies. Any changes made to the current Cookie Disclosure Notice will take effect upon publication.
You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, which regulates the rights of the data subject, to us by using the application form available on Millî Re’s website, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
